to write on this blog at least once a week and stop neglecting it! I doubt that anyone has even really read it though...maybe I should just make a second tumblr. instead of using this blogspot format because no one seems to come on here anymore, well here I go off to make that happen and I'll have the linkage to this blog so everyone can read my old blogs from here.

Looking Outward, Thinking Inward
It's been awhile since I've really gotten the chance to sit down and write a blog, yeah I'm back on tumblr now, but I have yet to write anything longer than one sentence. So let's get to it my life, hmmm, let's see what's been going on well I'm the pep squad for Coppin called New Direction and we went on a paid trip to Winston Salem, North Carolina to cheer on the basketball team at MEAC's, and despite some of the craziness of some events, we all had a good time. My brothers (Sigmas I'm a Dove) have seem to finally got things by the ropes, even though we missed out on doing Sigma week this year (SMH) I know, we do finally have some events under our belt, I'm hoping we do more before this semester ends. My grades...well they're okay I've just had a lack of motivation in my life for a long period of time now, I'm trying to push myself out of it, I hope things will pull through. The other day I got to go downtown by myself and of course I shopped a little and then I went to sit on Federal Hill and snapped some photographs of the view and even though I've been up there a million time I tell you something about this time was so serene and beautiful, I swear the view never looked so beautiful before. As I looked out at the city, out at downtown I began to think to myself about life and how beauty can be seen in everything, I must say it was an exhilerating experience. But more into my thinking just today I had to finally dump some baggage out of my life, because I began to realize I let it have control over a part of my mind and it began to takeover certain emotions but then advice from a wise friend that I need to cut this person (yes its a person in case you were confused in the beginning) off completely and not even sweat if they would care or not, just do it for myself and get rid of them, so I did delete(litertally FB,twitter, skype and munber)them.
Well I think I'm done here for now so here I leave you with pictures from the Hill.

He's Sooooooooooo UNIQUE!
Brooklyn singer/songwriter Unique Zayas is now on the move! He has a chart topping album in Japan and now is ready to make his mark in the U.S.A with his new single "Maniac" and newly released video for the single. Enjoy!
Performing for the Lady King of Ghana.
On Thursday I got a chance of a lifetime to process in the Lady King of Ghana with some other members of the Coppin State University Dance Ensemble. It was an exciting event with live drummers and a crowd of people watching us as we danced down the aisles and the Lady King dressed beautifully in her royal attire, it was also the first time since December I performed and one of the few this semester since I won't be able to actively participate in the dance ensemble since I have to focus on getting my GER's in order. But I will surely be back next semester dancing it up again!

Peace and Tye Dye
My shirt was made by my good friend Charles, tye dye's and designs T-Shirts, tanks etc. they all convey a message of peace, love and togetherness and I love them ! I decided to add my own little twist by cutting it so it would hang off my shoulder and tying the side. It went really with the colors in my sweater.

I Am the Muse
Allow me to introduce myself my name is Bianca, The Muse, a lover of the arts, natural hair enthusiast, student at an HBCU and admirer of beautiful things. Nothing too special about my blog, just a place to share my experiences and the things that I like with everyone, so excuse me if you find me ranting at times. Other than that I don't have much to say but enjoy my blog. Oh, and my blog title was inspired by Prince.
Enjoy!
The Muse =D
